Jerry Russell... I have had the pleasure of knowing him and being able to call him my brother-in-law and friend for almost 28 years.
He is one of the most generous people I know and I also have the utmost respect for him and admire his values and ethics.
I have seen him go from an employee at PAC to becoming the Owner and CEO. He continually amazes me with what he has done and how he has grown PAC into the company it is today.
Good things happen to good people and Jerry fits that phrase.

This platform is an amazing opportunity to give homage to those people in our lives who have so deeply enriched our world. I am so fortunate to have shared 15 years here at PAC with a boss who is as generous, decent, loyal and fair as you are, Jerry. I have the utmost respect not only for you as PAC's leader but also for all that you do as a community leader as well.
The reason PAC is successful is soley because of the crew at the top who create such an inspiring work atmosphere.
You are a bright eacon of light in a world that can sometime be a
bit dark. We are so blessed, especially in these troubled times, to have a job that is so rewarding.
