Great job for showing us this cool new thing called merit builder i know it will help tremendously!!

I had to say that I have really enjoyed you on the team. You bring a unique insight to the product that we often times overlook, and that has really helped during our last product development cycle. Not only that, but you can break anything :)

More importantly though, you are a great encouragement to everyone on the team. I remember one night I was so frustrated as I was dealing with a section of code I couldnt get to render correctly. It was really late (actually early) and I you dropped me a short message on my IM that said, "thanks bro for all your hard work". I took me out of my frustration mode and ultimately caused me to step away from the problem for just a minute, which allowed me to solve the issue. It was a small thing, that meant alot at the right time.

I am excited because I know you will encourage and support our growing community in the same way, and in that sense I know that our users are in great hands. I look forward to what lies ahead and I am glad to have you onboard.

I wanted to tell you thank you for all of the work you've done in helping us get to launch. It has been exciting seeing you take a task and running with it to make it successful. I can't wait to see what lies ahead for you as we build our community of members. Your natural helpful nature coupled with inquisitive and critical thinking about the way we do business will only help us push forward.
