I received the following feedback from a manager at Modern Medical, Inc.

Alissa is consistently great about taking the initiative to do things she sees needs done, but over the past couple of days, there have been two particular situations where she really went out of her way, and in doing so has been a huge help.

Last week, I had talked to Alissa about a tasking productivity report that I had found. I discussed some things that on the surface in looking at this report, I thought could be a concern and that I had taken it to the appropriate person to be looked at further. This particular person had indicated that they did not really have the time/resources to dig in to the information, so I had mentioned to her that I was going to try and do it. While I was out the next day, she took it upon herself to not only put together the information, but to also organize it into a more utilizable format.

Then today, payroll day, she knew that I was held up in this person's office discussing the report, and she took it upon herself to start processing E-time - HUGE help!

Alissa is truly my right hand. She thinks outside of the box and takes it upon herself to do things she knows will help. I appreciate her so much!

Thank you, thank you, thank you - because one "thank you" does not seem to cover it!!

I received the following feedback from a manager at Modern Medical, Inc.

Over the last couple of weeks, Alissa has jumped in to help with projects allowing me to focus on my Halogen project. She coordinated the schedules of all of management and sales for training. She also took over a 401(K) project for me.

Alissa's help enabled me to be able to focus on the critical things that I needed to accomplish for the Halogen implementation, while making sure that other things that needed done, got done.

Alissa, Thank you so much for your help with coordinating schedules for the manager and end user training sessions. By you doing this, it allowed me to schedule these trainings very quickly. Thank you also for taking care of the 401(K) mailings as they needed to go out and I know how time consuming it can be. I truly appreciate you and all you do for me (HR).
