You did such a great job with the decorations for VBS this year. I saw some of the smiles on the kids faces and I know you are having an impact on their lives in a big way. I took a picture of the stage setup the other night. You did a great job with it, not considering your limited budget and time schedule. It just shows how resourceful you really are.

I would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of the top notch support I have received from Britany Holt.
Our organization opened a 401(k) plan with John Hancock with the help of our consultant, Ty Reynolds, at the beginning of this year. When I learned that a third party administration firm would be involved, I was not at all thrilled. My previous experiences with TPA’s have not provided the fondest of memories. But Mr. Reynolds assured me that your organization was considered to be among the best in the industry.
My first contact was with Lane Wright. He was knowledgeable and very professional. After our account was setup with John Hancock, he informed me that Britany Holt would provide support going forward. My feelings at that point could best be described as “cautious optimism”.
Since that time I have spoken with Ms. Holt twice on the phone and I am most impressed by her knowledge of your industry. She not only speaks clearly and confidently, but she listens to my questions, provides accurate answers and follows up with emails if necessary.
My position requires me to spend a great deal of time on the phone and I speak with support staff all over the nation. It is seldom that I speak to a representative that provides support at the level I received from Ms. Holt.
Britany should be commended for the excellent job she does. You are very fortunate to have an employee that so clearly reflects your customer service goals. With expertise such as hers, it is easy to see how Benefit Investment Group has gained such a sparkling reputation.

Britany, I can't thank you enough! I went to Dallas to pick up my 86 yr old Mom.....she lives in Odessa...Daddy passed away Jan1 2005, and she HATES holidays.......
I called Eunice and told her how helpful you had been. She sd, "I have never asked Britany anything that she wasn't so helpful and pleasant!"
